Effective Date: August 26, 2026
Last Updated: August 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how BARK HOSPITALITY, LLC, doing business through MyShuttle.ai ("MyShuttle," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when individuals use MyShuttle.ai and related services.

This Policy applies to the MyShuttle.ai website, guest shuttle-request and tracking pages, hotel/front-desk interfaces, dispatch interfaces, driver interfaces, driver mobile applications, GPS and location services, and related communications.

1. WHO OPERATES MYSHUTTLE

2. OUR PRIVACY PRINCIPLES

3. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT

A. Guest Shuttle Request Information

We may collect guest name, number of passengers, hotel code/identifier, pickup location, destination, GPS coordinates associated with the requested pickup point, request date/time, request status, assigned shuttle or driver, waiting time, pickup status, and other information voluntarily entered into the request.

B. Temporary Guest Device GPS Location

MyShuttle may offer a guest the option to temporarily share the device's current GPS location during an active shuttle request. Depending on the device and browser, this may include current latitude, longitude, location accuracy, and a location timestamp.

The guest's precise device GPS location is used temporarily for the active pickup and is not stored as part of the completed guest record in the MyShuttle database.

The purpose is to compare the guest's current position with the pickup location entered or selected, help determine whether the guest appears to be at or near the stated pickup point, and assist with active pickup coordination.

C. Pickup-Point Coordinates

MyShuttle distinguishes a guest's temporary device location from the GPS coordinates of the requested pickup point. The Service may store latitude and longitude associated with the pickup location itself. These coordinates identify the transportation pickup location and are not intended to represent a retained history of the guest's live or continuing physical location.

D. Driver and Shuttle Location Information

For participating shuttle operations, MyShuttle may process operational location information associated with a driver, shuttle, company-owned phone, tablet, or tracking device, including GPS coordinates, timestamps, vehicle or shuttle identifier, assigned driver, GPS status, server connection status, last successful location update, current assignment, pickup and destination information, and other operational status information.

The participating hotel or transportation operator may also have its own policies or notices governing employee or contractor location tracking.

E. Authorized User Account Information

For hotel, dispatcher, administrator, and driver users, MyShuttle may process name, username, login credentials, role, hotel or organization affiliation, driver assignment, vehicle assignment, account status, permissions, login activity, and administrative actions.

F. Device and Technical Information

Our systems may receive IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, date/time of access, requested pages, error information, session information, and security or diagnostic logs.

G. Communications

If someone contacts us, we may receive name, email address, telephone number, hotel/company, message content, and related correspondence.

4. HOTEL CODES AND HOTEL IDENTIFICATION

MyShuttle uses hotel codes to identify the participating hotel associated with a guest's shuttle request.

A hotel code is an internationally used designation or identifier associated with a hotel. MyShuttle uses it to determine which participating hotel's shuttle service, pickup options, destinations, and related information should be presented.

A hotel code is not personal information about the guest and is not intended to function as a password or personal authentication credential.

The applicable hotel identifier may be stored with the transportation record so MyShuttle can determine which hotel operation handled the request.

5. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use information to receive and coordinate pickup requests, identify pickup/destination locations, assign pickups, help drivers locate guests, display active requests and shuttle progress, calculate ETAs/routes, complete or cancel requests, provide front-desk visibility, coordinate drivers and vehicles, authenticate users, provide support, troubleshoot problems, maintain security and availability, prevent fraud, improve features, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims.

6. LOCATION INFORMATION

Guest's Temporary Device Location

A guest may voluntarily authorize MyShuttle to access the device's current GPS location during an active request. This may be temporarily used to compare the actual device position with the pickup location entered/selected, determine whether the guest appears to be at or near that pickup location, help the driver locate the guest, assist authorized hotel/dispatch personnel, and coordinate transportation.

MyShuttle does not retain the guest's precise live device GPS location in the completed guest database record. The temporary location is not used to create a history of the guest's movements and is not used to track the guest after the pickup is completed.

Pickup-Point Location

MyShuttle may retain latitude and longitude associated with the requested pickup point for demand analysis, operational planning, routing/service analysis, evaluation of pickup patterns, and operational improvement.

Operational Access

While a request is active, authorized drivers, dispatchers, or front-desk agents may have access to information reasonably necessary to complete the pickup. When the assigned driver marks the request DONE, the guest's temporary live GPS position is no longer available to drivers or front-desk personnel through the normal operational interface.

7. WE DO NOT SELL LOCATION DATA

MyShuttle does not sell, rent, or license guest device location, pickup-point location, driver location, or shuttle location information to data brokers, advertisers, or other parties for independent marketing purposes. We do not use guest or driver location information to build advertising profiles or deliver targeted advertising based on a person's movements.

8. WHO MAY RECEIVE INFORMATION

A. Participating Hotel or Transportation Provider

During an active request, authorized personnel may receive information reasonably necessary to complete the pickup, including guest name, passenger count, pickup location, destination, pickup status, pickup-point coordinates, and temporary guest device-location information when the guest has authorized location sharing and it is necessary for the active pickup.

B. Drivers and Dispatchers

Authorized drivers and dispatchers may receive information reasonably necessary for an assigned pickup. When the driver marks the request DONE, temporary access to the guest's live device GPS position ends through the normal driver and front-desk interfaces.

C. Service Providers

We may use third-party providers for hosting, mapping, routing, navigation, email, security, infrastructure, technical support, and other technology necessary to operate MyShuttle. Such providers may process information as reasonably necessary to provide those services and subject to applicable obligations.

D. Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or lawful process, respond to authorized government requests, investigate fraud/security incidents, protect legal rights/property, or protect safety.

E. Business Transactions

If BARK HOSPITALITY, LLC or the MyShuttle business is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale, information associated with the Service may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

9. ROLE OF PARTICIPATING HOTELS

Depending on the circumstances, a participating hotel or transportation provider may determine why and how certain guest, employee, driver, or transportation information is processed. In those situations, the hotel/provider may act as the business or controller and MyShuttle may act as its service provider or processor. MyShuttle may separately determine processing necessary for security, authentication, fraud prevention, system administration, service reliability, and legal compliance.

10. DATA MINIMIZATION

MyShuttle seeks to collect only information reasonably necessary for transportation, operational, security, or administrative purposes. Guests should not enter unnecessary sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical records, passwords, or other highly sensitive information into pickup or destination fields.

11. DATA RETENTION

A. Temporary Guest Device GPS

The guest's precise live device GPS location is not retained as part of the completed shuttle-request database record. It is used temporarily during an active pickup for location comparison and pickup coordination.

B. Completed Shuttle Records

MyShuttle may retain the following information associated with a completed shuttle request for up to two (2) years:

These records may be retained for legitimate internal business purposes including statistical analysis, passenger-volume analysis, pickup-location demand analysis, destination analysis, service planning, shuttle scheduling, operational improvement, troubleshooting, service review, fraud/security investigations, and establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.

The retained coordinates describe the pickup point associated with the request, not the guest's stored live device location.

After two years, records should be deleted, anonymized, or deidentified unless continued retention is reasonably necessary or legally required for litigation/legal hold, unresolved dispute, security investigation, legal/regulatory requirement, or establishing, exercising, or defending a legal claim.

C. Statistical Information

MyShuttle may derive statistics from retained transportation records, including number of requests, passenger volumes, popular pickup locations, frequently used destinations, time-of-day demand, hotel transportation volume, and other operational trends. Where appropriate, information may be aggregated or deidentified for longer-term statistical analysis.

D. Other Records

Other account, driver, vehicle, security, and diagnostic information may be retained for periods reasonably appropriate to operational, contractual, security, audit, troubleshooting, or legal needs. Participating hotels or transportation providers may also maintain their own retention policies.

12. DATA SECURITY

MyShuttle uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access/disclosure, loss, misuse, alteration, and destruction. Measures may include authentication/access controls, role-based permissions, encryption in transit, password hashing, server/application security controls, logging/monitoring, restricted administrative access, and software maintenance. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.

13. USER CHOICES

A guest may decline optional GPS sharing by leaving the consent option unchecked, denying browser/device location permission, or revoking permission in browser/device settings. Certain location-assisted features may not function if permission is denied.

Authorized operational users should contact their MyShuttle administrator regarding account corrections or access issues. Privacy communications may be submitted through the MyShuttle Privacy Request Form.

14. PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on residence and applicable law, individuals may have rights to confirm processing, access personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, obtain a portable copy of certain data, withdraw consent where applicable, opt out of certain sales or targeted advertising, opt out of certain significant-effect profiling, and appeal certain privacy-request decisions. Rights are subject to applicable exceptions.

15. HOW TO SUBMIT A PRIVACY REQUEST

Submit a Privacy Request

You may submit a privacy request using either of the following methods:

Please identify the request as concerning MyShuttle.ai and include your name, the nature of the request, the participating hotel if applicable, and enough information for us to reasonably identify relevant records. Identity verification may be required before a request is fulfilled.

16. APPEALS

If applicable law provides an appeal right, submit an appeal through the MyShuttle Privacy Request Form and select Privacy Appeal. Explain the prior request and why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

17. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

MyShuttle is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly operate MyShuttle for the purpose of collecting personal information directly from children under 13 without authorization required by applicable law.

18. COOKIES, SESSIONS, AND LOCAL STORAGE

MyShuttle uses cookies, session identifiers, browser storage, or similar technology when reasonably necessary to maintain sessions, authenticate authorized users, preserve security, route guests to the appropriate hotel, maintain temporary operating information, or support necessary application functionality.

MyShuttle session cookies are configured to expire after approximately two (2) hours.

Expiration of a cookie or browser session does not delete a completed shuttle-request record. Completed records are subject to the separate two-year retention policy in Section 11.

MyShuttle does not currently use necessary operational cookies or session technology to create advertising profiles or provide targeted advertising.

19. THIRD-PARTY MAPS, ROUTING, AND NAVIGATION

MyShuttle may use third-party maps, routing, navigation, hosting, browser, mobile operating system, and related technology. Certain technical or location information may be processed by the applicable provider under its own terms/privacy practices.

20. INTERNATIONAL USERS

MyShuttle is operated from the United States. If accessed from outside the United States, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or another location in which service providers operate. Additional privacy rights or requirements may apply based on location.

21. DO NOT TRACK AND GLOBAL PRIVACY SIGNALS

Where applicable law requires MyShuttle to recognize a legally valid universal opt-out or privacy preference signal for a particular processing activity, we will honor it as required. Because MyShuttle does not currently use personal data for targeted advertising or sell personal data for such purposes, an advertising opt-out may not change core shuttle functionality.

22. DATA BREACH RESPONSE

If personal information is involved in a security incident, MyShuttle will investigate and take reasonable measures appropriate to the circumstances. Where applicable law requires notification, MyShuttle will provide or assist with notification as required.

23. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

MyShuttle may update this Policy as the Service evolves or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date will be revised. If a material change affects sensitive information practices, additional notice or consent will be provided when required.
